Cori Radley
BROKER / OWNER
Cori brings a mix of real-world agricultural experience, lending expertise, and practical real estate knowledge to her work as Broker/Owner of both Cori Radley & Co., LLC, and Pradera Land Company. Raised in a farming and ranching family, she’s built her career around properties that don’t just hold value — they carry responsibility.
After graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Marketing, Cori spent over a decade as a loan officer, financing farm and ranch purchases, ag operating lines, residential mortgages, and commercial properties. That background provided a strong foundation in both finance and operations, which she now combines with marketing strategies and hands-on transaction oversight. Sellers rely on her ability to position and promote property effectively, while buyers depend on her knowledge of inspections, surveys, title work, and financing options to move through the process with clarity.
In addition to her brokerage work, Cori owns and operates an agricultural loan consulting business originally founded by longtime regional advisor J. Scott Arbuckle. Through this role, she helps landowners and producers secure financing from the Farm Service Agency, cooperatives, and private lenders — a service that ties directly into her real estate practice and gives clients a full picture of how to buy, manage, and sustain agricultural property.
She believes good real estate work is less about selling, and more about having the right people around to get answers that matter, and - the best work in real estate starts with listening, asking the right questions, and having the knowledge to back it all up.
