Cori Radley

BROKER / OWNER

In 2002, I graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Then after more than 10 years in the mortgage and lending industry, I decided to apply this experience to a real estate career. In early 2014, I became a Sales Agent with Susan Radley, REALTORS® (In case you are wondering, Susan Radley is my mother-in-law and has been in real estate for more than 30 years. I am fortunate to have her as a mentor.)

My real estate career is built on a strong foundation, formed by combining my marketing knowledge and talents with my decade as a loan officer involved in agricultural, residential, and commercial real estate transactions.

Clients selling property appreciate my innovative marketing approaches and active use of social media to efficiently attract prospective buyers. Those looking to purchase property, rely on my oversight and extensive knowledge in all aspects of the buying process. From inspections, surveys, and title exceptions - to traditional and unique financing options, I make sure to guide them through the ins and outs of all aspects of the transaction.

Now as the Broker/Owner of Cori Radley & Co, I get to continue my passion for helping buyers and sellers, along with guiding and educating sales agents so they can gain knowledge of the industry that will set them up for success.

Recently, I have had the privilege and honor of taking over an agricultural loan consulting business from J. Scott Arbuckle, that has been a regional staple for over 30 years. Knowledge in financing options available for farm and ranch properties and operations through the Farm Service Agency, Cooperatives, and Independent Financiers - is a service that is especially unique and works hand in hand with farm and ranch property purchases and sales.
