Hiring An Agent? Do Your Research!
If you’ve been watching some of my previous videos, you’re gonna see me reference something like,
“Make sure you work with a knowledgeable real estate agent.”
And what that doesn’t mean is somebody
who has had their license for 20 years.
The number of years that a real estate agent
has been licensed does not necessarily represent
their wealth of knowledge.
What did they do before they were licensed?
What was their previous professional experience?
You want to certainly hire somebody who has recently gotten their real estate license, but you need to make sure that you find out who is their broker, who is their sponsoring broker, who is teaching them and educating them on the processes. How they can better represent you?
So make sure that your sales agent is working
with a broker who is extremely knowledgeable
of the entire real estate process.
